In November 2017, hospitality graduates Jessica Wong and Betrina Lee transformed a corner of San Juan City into something extraordinary: a café that feels like stepping into a secret garden. Nestled inside Flossom Place — a multi-use compound bursting with orchid décor, hanging ferns, floral murals, and tropical botanicals — Flossom Kitchen + Cafe was born from a deeply personal vision of comfort, beauty, and community.

The name itself carries heritage. Flossom Flowers, the orchid importer and distributor owned by their families, gave the café its identity and its distinctive floral soul. Long-stem orchids from Taiwan, fresh blooms refreshed weekly, and greenery that cascades from every surface create an atmosphere that's impossible to replicate — and impossible to forget.

More than décor, Flossom is a feeling. It's where neighborhoods gather over all-day breakfast, where milestones are celebrated in the Glass House, and where strangers become regulars. Over seven years and counting, this corner of Sta. Lucia has remained steadfastly what it was always meant to be — the neighborhood's comfort place.
